Juniper House

Our care philosophy

Clarity before treatment.

Good aesthetic care is not measured by how much is recommended. It is measured by whether the goal is understood, the reasoning is visible, the risk is proportionate, and the client remains in control.

Your personal care plan

Prepared after your Planning Consultation

Now / Next / Later

  1. Now

The most useful first priority—whether that is treatment, home-care support, more information, or referral.

  2. Next

Options that may make sense after the first step, with the order and reason explained.

  3. Later

Maintenance or future possibilities that do not need to compete for attention or budget today.

Your care, from assessment to review

Assess

Begin with goals, relevant history, current skin, previous treatment, timing, budget, and the factors that may change suitability.

Prioritize

Decide what may create the most useful progress now. Separate it from what can wait, what may be unnecessary, and what belongs with another professional.

Treat

If treatment is chosen, use the most measured plan that supports the agreed outcome. More intensity, product, or sessions are not assumed to be better.

Review

Assess response and recovery before repeating, combining, or escalating. The plan should adapt to evidence, not momentum.

What guides your plan

What you can expect

  • Explain why an option may or may not fit
  • Know who assesses and performs each service
  • Show starting prices, major cost factors, and expected recovery
  • Discuss alternatives, limitations, and material risks
  • Ask permission before taking photographs and explain how they will be used
  • Make room for no treatment, more time, or referral
  • Avoid artificial urgency and sales pressure

What we avoid

  • Choosing treatment from a trend, package, or before-and-after image alone
  • Treating provider roles as interchangeable
  • Guarantees about outcome, pain, permanence, or downtime
  • Automatic escalation when a simpler plan may work
  • Insecurity-based language about normal features or aging
  • Hiding serious risks in an FAQ or consent form after the sale

A visible clinical structure

Medical director

Responsible for the appropriate medical structure, oversight, delegation, protocols, and escalation pathways required for the clinic’s scope.

Lead aesthetic provider

Conducts Planning Consultations, performs appropriate medical-aesthetic services, and explains how the recommended sequence fits the client.

Laser professional

Performs authorized light and laser procedures within applicable qualifications, protocols, delegation, and oversight.

Licensed esthetician

Provides facials and permitted superficial skin services, and refers concerns outside the esthetic scope.

Conservative results are individual

“Natural-looking” is not a universal aesthetic. At Juniper House, it means defining the smallest worthwhile change for the person, preserving identity and movement where relevant, and accepting that no treatment may be the right choice.

Pricing should help you plan

Every treatment page shows a starting price or range, expected recovery, and the main factors that can change cost. A real quote follows assessment; it should not arrive as a surprise after the decision has been emotionally made.

Understanding treatment photographs

When comparing results, consider the treatment, timing, number of sessions, and individual differences. Model imagery is not evidence of a treatment outcome.

Knowing when to refer

Juniper House does not offer dermatology diagnosis or urgent care. New, changing, painful, bleeding, infected, or medically complex concerns require the appropriate clinician. We will explain when you need another clinician.
